Air Indiana LLC is a closely held Limited Liability Company which was created in 2006 under the laws of the State of Indiana. The original mission created a share ownership in the LLC for the purpose of mutual enjoyment for the founding members in aviation related activities. The flying of aircraft is one such activity, with the ownership of aircraft being a function of the LLC. Future plans and funding for expanded membership and club assets, under the public name of Air Indiana Flyers, dba, are an option in the Membership Agreement, and Member Governance Guidelines, and will remain as a not-for-profit activity.
